Fit Plus
This is a great option for clients who don’t see their health practitioner regularly. In addition to weight loss injections, we offer our in-home lab service which provides insight into your metabolic health and any factors leading to difficulty losing weight. It’s simple, a registered nurse comes to your home, draws your blood and sends it off to the lab. Our medical provider will follow up with in-depth results which will allow us to make sure you are a good candidate for the Semaglutide injections as healthy kidney and liver function are required. In addition, you’ll be visited once more by a registered nurse and given supplies and instruction on how to safely administer the injections.
Fit Lite
This is our most basic weight-loss package. It’s a great option for someone looking to lose that stubborn 10 lbs before their upcoming beach vacation. Clients who opt for this package must provide proof of recent lab work showing healthy kidney and liver function. Lab results must be within the last six months.
